Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience delivering attentive, friendly service to clients.
Experience handling cash and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
Open new accounts and provide account servicing while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to reach client goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank policies.
