Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience (Level I)
• 1 year recent cash handling and customer service experience in financial services (Level II)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and learn new technologies quickly
• DNA or Fiserv software knowledge preferred
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training may be considered
• Must comply with applicable banking laws and regulations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service
• Understanding of debit/credit relationships and negotiable instruments
• Ability to read/write/speak English well; strong communication
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships and provides exceptional customer service
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer
• Promotes and refers bank products and services based on customer needs
• Maintains confidentiality of customer requests and transactions
• Complies with all policies, procedures, security and regulatory requirements
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions
• Contributes to branch teamwork and administrative duties as required
