Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers in using digital banking tools. You will build trusted relationships through attentive service and teamwork in a branch environment.

Responsibilities include handling routine transactions, learning products quickly, and collaborating with the team to meet clients' financial goals while following regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App and online tools.
• Develop relationships by listening, asking questions and guiding customers.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, per bank procedures.
