Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations such as handling cash devices while following procedures.
