Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers through Chase’s digital tools. You will help clients achieve their financial goals while maintaining compliance and strong service standards.

In this role, you will leverage technology, participate in team collaboration, and contribute to a welcoming branch environment. A high school diploma is required, with ongoing training and development provided.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable background.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Proactive problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver friendly service, managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones, following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to achieve goals.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and adherence to procedures.
