Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, client‑focused service in a branch, using digital tools to help clients meet their financial goals. You will open new accounts, educate on Chase Mobile, and work with the team to exceed expectations while following policies.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations such as cash handling and ATM duties in line with policies.
