Hiring Winners is seeking a Service Advisor to warmly greet customers and coordinate between customers and service technicians. The role emphasizes delivering accurate repair estimates and clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will upsell appropriate services with integrity and manage follow-ups to keep customers informed of progress. The position requires a high school diploma, dealership experience, and solid knowledge of vehicle mechanics, complemented by strong

Qualifications

At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of dealership experience preferred.
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
Sales experience is a plus.
Professional personal appearance and strong communication skills required.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Responsibilities

Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
Clearly articulate repair needs to technicians.
Upsell recommended/additional services with integrity.
Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs.
Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle data.
Follow up on repairs and inform customers of progress.
Explain repairs and costs to customers and obtain authorization for additional work.
Maintain CSI scores in line with dealership standards.
Advise on car care according to manufacturer specifications.
