Qualifications

• A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• 1 to 2 years automotive industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or its equivalency.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred).
• Oral and written communication skills; and an ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Effectively scheduling service appointments.
• Assist the Service Manager with interacting with customers & team mates to create a comfortable relationship.
• Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive customer relations and associate satisfaction.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager.
