Job summary

Parkway Nissan in Dover, OH is seeking a customer-focused team member to support service operations. You will work with the Service Manager to interact with customers and teammates, schedule appointments, and help organize work according to company guidelines.

Qualifications

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
1–2 years automotive industry experience preferred.
High school diploma or its equivalency.
Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred.
Professional personal appearance.
Clear oral and written communication; ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Basic computer skills.
Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastic, high-energy approach focused on customer first.
Assist service manager with customer and teammate interactions to build trust.
Effectively scheduling service appointments.
Assist with ordering and organizing work within policies.
Maintain safe, clean store environment and positive relations with customers and staff.
Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager.
