Telle Tire & Auto Service Inc in Shakopee, MN is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Sales role in a full-time capacity. You will consult with customers, recommend services, and document concerns on repair orders to drive efficiency and revenue.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred; automotive service writer experience a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive services and maintenance concepts helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customers with a complete and accurate written cost estimate.
• Communicate realistic promise times to customers and set proper expectations.
• Obtain customer signatures on repair orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Explain completed work and all charges to customers clearly and effectively.
• Support service department by managing schedules and ordering necessary parts.
• Collaborate with vendors and Parts Department to ensure timely parts availability.
