Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a complete and accurate written cost estimate.
• Communicate realistic promise times to customers and set proper expectations.
• Obtain customer signatures on repair orders and document repairs.
• Adhere to warranty policies and procedures.
• Document customer concerns and repairs on repair orders.
• Coordinate with team leaders to manage workflow.
• Review inspection reports from technicians and monitor repair progress.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers clearly.
• Support scheduling and parts orders and maintain parts availability.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with regulations.
