Global Industrial, located in Milwaukee, is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the sales team and ensure smooth order processing and customer communication. The role requires in-office attendance as an essential function and offers opportunities to grow within the company.

The candidate will enter quotes and orders, support bids, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly, while maintaining high service standards.

Formación

• 2-4 years in sales support experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidentiality and discretion are required.

Responsabilidades

• Attend Sales Excellence Team meetings to understand unit needs.
• Cover reps when out of the office and provide customer support.
• Enter/Process quotes, orders, POs and communicate status.
• Handle customer service issues and follow up within 24 hours.
• Resolve deal desk and shipping requests; escalate as needed.
• Assist with bids (RFP/RFQ) and support customers to resolve issues.
