Sun Auto Tire & Service in Tucson is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to greet customers, quote services, and promote parts and repairs. You will follow store standards and maintain detailed records of customer needs and repairs.

The role emphasizes upselling, accurate documentation, and timely updates to customers. A valid driver's license, 18+ years of age, and a high school diploma are required; prior advisor experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess current, valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle history to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and document all recommendations in the customer file.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with a product/service understanding.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time; update customers daily.
• Follow cash-out procedures and review multi-point inspections and warranties.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
