Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, invites you to join Leith Toyota as an Assistant Service Advisor in Raleigh, NC. You will welcome customers, assess service needs, and liaise between technicians and customers.

This role requires 1+ years in customer service, a High School Diploma, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. Training and growth opportunities accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service.
• Interact with customers via phone or in person to determine service needs and priorities.
• Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Provide administrative support to Service Advisors.
• Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent.
• Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor.
• Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position.
