Job summary

Leith Chrysler Jeep, part of Holman, is seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor in Raleigh, NC. You will inspect vehicles, discuss needs with customers, and coordinate with technicians to deliver clear service explanations and costs.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience, plus a valid driver’s license and strong communication. Weekend availability is expected to support service operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or service advisor roles preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect vehicle, discuss performance with customer, complete service work order, and explain service costs.
• Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs.
• Educate customers on services and products using a consultative approach.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating Holman’s mission and values.
