Job summary

Leith Toyota, part of the Holman family, is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous service while coordinating with technicians. You will interact with customers by phone or in person to determine service needs, educate on services, and act as liaison between technicians and customers.

A high school diploma, strong communication, and a valid driver's license are required; 1+ year of customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Interact with customers via phone or in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services.
• Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Provide administrative support to Service Advisors.
• Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent.
• Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor.
• Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position.
