Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant at Leith Toyota in Raleigh. You will engage with customers, guide them to select the right vehicle, and provide a positive buying experience.

Responsibilities include building rapport, presenting features and financing options, conducting test drives, handling paperwork, and staying updated on inventory and promotions. Prioritize customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Experience in automotive sales or related customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in computer systems and sales software.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
• Assist with the purchase process and complete necessary paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with customers, sales managers, and F&I personnel to negotiate sales prices and lease payments.
