Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related work experience (preferred bachelor’s degree).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and time management.
• Experience with bidding and ERP software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for walk-in and call-in small order projects.
• Estimate costs, submit quotes, and track orders through delivery.
• Manage project life cycle including changes, substitutions, and approvals.
• Ensure project profitability and cost accuracy.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics to keep materials on schedule.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates and follow-ups.
