Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years’ related experience required.
• 2+ years' experience in production environment required.
• MRP or ERP system experience required.
• Aviation background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations and act as primary contact for key customer accounts and internal departments.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues proactively to keep programs on track.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, engineering, quality and program teams to align demand with resources.
• Prepare and present internal and external reports reflecting program status and milestones.
• Mentor and develop program managers to build a strong, capable team.
