Job summary

The Atlas Group in Park City, KS is seeking a Program Manager to lead program management activities and ensure customer satisfaction through oversight of execution, team development, and cross-department collaboration.

You will serve as subject matter expert across programs, align with processes and safety policies, and communicate status and milestones to stakeholders while managing budgets and risks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years' related experience required.
• 2+ years' experience in production environment required.
• MRP or ERP system experience required.
• Aviation background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program operations and act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts and internal departments.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues proactively.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, engineering, quality and program teams to align customer demand with internal resources.
• Prepare and present internal and external reports reflecting program status and milestones.
• Forecast monthly sales and help achieve budget goals.
• Provide coaching and development to program managers and staff.
