Job summary

The Atlas Group is seeking a professional to act as a focal point for customers, providing information and resolving complaints. This role involves coordinating with departments and vendors to ensure customer requirements are met, mentoring Program Managers, and handling project management responsibilities.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree along with 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly in customer service and program management. Experience with MRP or ERP systems and a background in aviation are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Service, Program Management, or Management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or five years related experience and/or training.
• Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between internal support groups and customers.
• Ensure internal departments support customer delivery schedules.
• Monitor and complete Engineering Change Order (ECO) requirements.
