Job summary

Diamondprecision seeks a Program Manager to lead key customer programs from launch through production. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule and meet quality and business goals.

Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Sales; manage milestones and risks; and report status. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential to build lasting partnerships and drive successful product launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, manufacturing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in manufacturing, project or program management, engineering, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and product launches.
  • APQP, PPAP, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
