Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Manager of Product Development within Forward Deployed Engineering to lead a hands-on team delivering customer-specific software solutions. You will guide automation delivery, align with customers on business challenges, and help shape reusable product capabilities while balancing architecture and delivery concerns.

You will collaborate across product, platform, and engineering teams, mentor engineers, and drive outcomes with a strong customer focus and technical depth.

Qualifications

• Engineering management or technical leadership experience.
• Hands-on software development in .NET or enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Forward Deployed Engineering team focused on customer-specific software solutions.
• Partner with customers to understand business processes and automation opportunities.
• Guide design, development, deployment, and support of production-ready solutions.
• Remain hands-on in architecture, development, troubleshooting, and reviews.
• Identify reusable patterns from engagements to inform platform/product capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, platform, engineering, customer success and other teams.
• Mentor engineers, set delivery standards, foster ownership and customer impact.
