You will engage with customers, embody customer experience principles, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor while supporting standard operations. Our team members model honesty, integrity, and respect, promote credit and loyalty programs, and contribute to a positive store culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment while adhering to operational standards
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle cash per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Process merchandise for the sales floor following procedures
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction goals and loss prevention programs
• Assist in other duties as assigned
