Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a dynamic team member to promote a highly satisfying customer experience and support frontline operations. You will train Associates, manage registers, and uphold cash controls while maintaining clean, organized merchandising and safety standards.

Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required. As a lead in a fast-paced retail environment, you will collaborate with store leadership to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to train and guide Associates and work in a team.
• Solid customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities
