Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions and refer customers to appropriate business partners as needed.
• Perform daily office responsibilities and work with the platform team to maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate balancing records and resolve outages with assistance as required.
• Keep up to date on bank policies and procedures.
• Handle customer issues professionally and redirect complex matters to leadership.
• Identify customer needs during interactions and refer to bankers or partners for consultations.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services offered and use tools for referrals.
