You will perform daily cash handling, maintain accurate balances, and refer customers to Bankers or partners while upholding confidentiality and bank policies to ensure a trusted, seamless experience for every caller and visitor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to reference needs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow bank policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to bankers for consultative discussions.
• Perform daily cash handling and maintain balancing records per policy.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate partners for solutions.
• Follow policies, protect confidential information, and escalate as needed.
• Support daily operations with the platform team and maintain knowledge of procedures.
