• Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain balancing records in line with policy and escalate outages.
• Stay up to date on bank policies and procedures.
• Address customer problems professionally, escalating when needed.
• Exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.
• Identify customer needs during interactions and refer to bankers or business partners for consultative conversations.
• Build knowledge of Retail products and services offered.
• Use appropriate tools to track referrals to bankers and partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
