Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a store leadership role. You will manage daily operations, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service at the checkout and on the sales floor. You’ll supervise stock, open/close procedures, and drive sales while controlling expenses through merchandising efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service levels.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to sales floor quickly.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Occasionally open/close the store, handling cash, doors, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by improving merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
