Job summary

Five Below in Philadelphia is seeking an energetic Store Leader to wow customers, train crew, and oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, cash handling, merchandising, and ensuring excellent guest service. You will lead by example, manage staff, and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts. Starting at $13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests.
• Trains the crew on the best customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates; ensures performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed; handles store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Performs store maintenance and upkeep tasks.
