Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow customers through personal contact with guests
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures quick, friendly check out
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures duties are performed well
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations, staff and urgent issues
• Manages opening/closing, cash handling and security for smooth daily operation
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance
