Job summary

Five Below is seeking a part-time Store Manager in Jacksonville, FL, to lead crew and operations with a focus on WOW customer service. You will oversee daily tasks, train associates, and manage opening/closing procedures while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Requirements include 1+ year of management experience, High School diploma, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly starting rate applies.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the customer through personal contact and ensuring fast, friendly check out experiences.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
