Kids for the Future is seeking a client-focused support specialist in Wisconsin’s Town of Hartland. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping guide them to the services they need and answering questions about their applications.

Responsibilities

• Become knowledgeable about product line, basic functionality and warranties.
• Respond to inquiries about equipment, service, maintenance, and billing.
• Schedule and work with tech team to ensure timely service and installation.
• Prepare daily paperwork.
• Inform clients about routine maintenance and schedule it.
• Follow up on sales quotes as needed.
• Research properties for address accuracy.
