Responsibilities

• Welcome families and provide friendly customer service by phone and in person.
• Help with check-in, scheduling, class changes, tours, and trial classesCommunicate clearly with families and teammates
• Stay organized and calm during busy times
• Complete daily cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks
• Follow procedures with strong attention to detail and follow-through
