Qualifications

• Previous customer service, inside sales, account management, or sales support experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution, wholesale, beverage, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers through regular phone interactions.
• Identify sales opportunities and confidently recommend products that meet customer needs.
