Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team in Quincy, IL (or Springfield, MO / Sedalia, MO). This entry-level role supports customer transactions, quotes, order entry, and delivery coordination while learning our processes and systems.

You'll work closely with experienced teammates to ensure accurate data, timely responses, and a positive customer experience, with training and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support quotations, order entry, and delivery coordination under guidance.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and provide order status updates.
• Escalate issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to process orders and fulfill customer requests.
• Follow established SOPs and maintain accurate data entry.
