Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customer transactions, including quotations, order entry, and delivery coordination under guidance.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and provide updates on order status and delivery schedules.
• Escalate customer issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support order processing and customer requests.
• Follow established processes, standard work, and SOPs to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within SAP and other systems.
• Utilize tools and systems to track orders and assist with customer communication.
• Identify questions or issues and seek guidance to ensure accurate resolution.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and continuous learning to build product and process knowledge.
• Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
