We have an opportunity available for a Customer Experience Associate on our team. This entry-level role supports the delivery of a positive customer experience by assisting with customer transactions, order processing, and communication activities. The Associate works closely with experienced team members to learn customer service processes, systems, and product knowledge while ensuring accuracy and responsiveness in daily responsibilities.The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in customer service operations. This position provides an opportunity to build a strong foundation in quotations, order entry, delivery coordination, and cross-functional collaboration while following established procedures and best practices.This role is expected to develop proficiency in Customer Experience Associate core competencies through training, coaching, and hands‑on experience, demonstrating continuous growth and increasing independence in performing assigned responsibilities.
The pay range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000annually. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
