Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, operating the National and Alamo brands, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative in Wichita, KS. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and ensure a smooth rental process with attention to vehicle features and policy details.

You will handle reservations, provide rate quotes, upsell protection options, and offer directions or local information as needed. The role includes follow-up calls and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local area information.
• Answer calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution.
• Notify Management of customer or vehicle issues; assist with training and development as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
