Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Tyler Pounds Regional Airport. You will greet customers, explain terms, assist with rentals, and handle bookings with friendly, efficient service.

This role requires at least 1 year of customer service and sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, and fuel options to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area information.
• Handle reservations and quotes, answer questions, and provide information and resolutions.
