Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Experience Representative in Manhattan, KS to provide friendly, efficient service and manage rental transactions. You will verify driver information and help ensure a smooth rental and return experience.

Compensation starts at $17.60 per hour plus bonuses, with benefits including PTO and health, dental, and retirement plans. Schedule options include two weekly rotations with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI or drug/alcohol convictions in past 5 years.
• Must be able to work listed schedule.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and promptly.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and services clearly.
• Suggest optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and equipment.
• Assist with directions, maps, local area information and service details.
• Answer reservations, rate quotes and general inquiries via phone or email.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-ups.
• Inspect rental vehicle condition upon return and report issues.
