Primary duties include greeting customers, explaining terms, suggesting protections and upgrades, and assisting with directions and local information. This position offers benefits and a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally, with a friendly and timely approach.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and available services.
• Assess customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and extra equipment.
• Offer directions and local information to assist customers during their rental visit.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, quotes, general questions, and issue resolution.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-up as needed.
• Assist in inspecting vehicles on return and report any issues to leadership.
