You will explain rental terms, upsell optional products, handle reservations and returns, and maintain punctual attendance while following company processes.

Eligible for bonus/commission opportunities and employee discounts. This role offers a steady schedule with growth opportunities within Enterprise Mobility’s National/Alamo brand network.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features and services.
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local area information for customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via calls and emails.
• Notify management of customer or vehicle issues and participate in training.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
