• Motivated self-starter with strong time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Triages inquiries to resolve or reassign to appropriate resources.
• Researches root causes using CRM and available tools.
• Maintains customer accounts and interactions in the CRM.
• Supports sales, ordering, invoicing, shipping, and warranties.
• Adheres to service level expectations and performance standards.
• Provides feedback to leadership on trends or issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
