Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of assigned national accounts and programs.
• Support Account Managers to deliver customer programs and service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Distributors, commercial customers, franchisees).
• Serve as primary contact for account inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
• Identify customer needs and provide efficient solutions to exceed expectations.
• Maintain accurate account notes on programs, deliverables, and requirements.
