Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Triages incoming inquiries to efficiently discern, resolve and/or reassign to the appropriate resources for resolution.
• Uses CRM to document interactions and address customer needs.
• Supports sales, ordering, invoicing, shipping, warranties, and other back-end processes.
• Adheres to service level expectations and performance standards.
• Provides feedback to leadership on trends, exceptions, or unusual experiences.
• Other related duties as assigned.
