Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Researches and addresses root causes using available tools.
• Maintains customer accounts and interactions in the CRM.
• Provides back-end support for sales, ordering, invoicing, shipping, warranties.
• Adheres to service level expectations and performance standards.
• Provides feedback to leadership on trends or issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
