Telgian Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ. The role handles a high volume of customer and supplier inquiries via phone and email, processes service requests, creates service orders for dispatch, and ensures timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• No prior experience or training required.
• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Answering high volume of inbound calls and emails in a timely manner with continuous flow for initial order entry.
• Update customer's external (third party) work order systems by accepting, noting, and closing in accordance to their individual metrics.
• Initial call/email triage of scope definition and required response time. Follow up with customer to advise of receipt and acceptance or rejection of request.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
