Qualifications

• At least 1 year of freight claims processes and reporting tasks.
• Data entry ability: 40 WPM or faster.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, AIM, and Outlook; familiarity with POS software.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer sales orders received by email or interface.
• Process customer return requests per procedures.
• Manage high volume calls, emails, and tickets related to orders, warranties, and returns.
• Collaborate with customers, MiTek partners, and sales reps to resolve issues.
• Administer promotional programs and respond to related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
