Orkin, part of Rollins Inc., is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Georgia. The role focuses on delivering the best pest-control customer experience by fielding calls, scheduling visits, and optimizing routes to reduce drive time for technicians.

Training is provided and no industry experience is required. Earn $17–$20 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and distance and recommend alternative routes when appropriate.
• Identify customer concerns through listening and questioning and evaluate their needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information including call details and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer's privacy and proprietary information.
